Shipping and Delivery

All our shipping costs will be FREE at checkout. We aim to kindly dispatch your idea within 1-2 working days of receving your order. This will be done using Royal Mail 2nd Class postal services and will be sent within 2-3 days.

Worldwide Shipping

Unfortunately, due to recently launching the store we are unable to provide international shipping. However, this will hopefully be introduced at a later date. 

 

 

REFUND

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, a refund will be offered 14 days after the purchase date. Please contact us via email concerning the reason for your return and your proof of purchase attached.

Items must be in their original, sellable condition and sealed in the provided cellophane.

Accepted Refunds

Please note after your product has been inspected and accepted; a refund will be offered. 

We will be sure to process the amount to the original method of payment used to purchase the product.
